Hey there! I have deleted all (yes, all) of my artwork from my library, have never uploaded audio, and have cleared my browser cache and cookies. And yet somehow, my storage quota is nearly full. Why might this be happening?
Just to be clear, "Recent Uploads" (not just My Library) has nothing in it, and "My Audio" (Not just the jukebox) has nothing in it? If you have double checked and verified those, try logging in from a browser you don't normally use, or clearing your cache and checking your quota again. Those are really the only two places where personal assets are stored.
Okay. I opened in Microsoft Edge (which I never use otherwise, because Microsoft Edge), and I have verified that there is nothing in My Library, My Audio, Recent Uploads, or Jukebox (although to be clear I have never uploaded audio). And yet, when I try to upload a single 414kb token, my Storage Quota reads that 97MB of 100MB is occupied. My Storage Quota's floor seems to be 97MB.
This will probably require a dev to solve, then. The best course would be to open a Help Center Request . Be sure to include a console log. I am posting the standard troubleshooting steps below, since they contain links on how to capture one. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

When someone else had encountered something like this, they had uploaded custom token status markers, which do not live in Recent Uploads, but rather in their own special interface.
