Hi there, I'm completely new to D&D but at the urging of a friend I'm looking for a game! I'm in BST, that's GMT +1, and I am free nearly every day except Sunday - that's when I'm running my own game. All of Saturday, and weeknight evenings are wide open currently. I ST a Vampire game weekly, so I have a love of the roleplaying aspect of roleplaying games, but I obviously don't know much DnD beyond character creation. And even then... mostly. I should say that, thanks to Vampire, I do not like combat. I get that its integral to DnD, and I'll give it my all, but that is just not the aspect of an rpg I have ever enjoyed. It was the most boring aspect of Vampire, of Dark Heresy, and I imagine it will be of DnD too. Assuming it isn't a combat-fest however, I am willing to be proven wrong! I've been reading the handbook and making a couple of rudimentary characters, though I'd like to also say that again thanks to Vampire, I put a lot of love and effort into writing my characters, so any prospective GM I'd ask that they'd be ok with my using point-buy! Hope to hear from someone soon, as ironically the LFG thing is too crowded, and with games set at 1am. Best, mordred
