Update API to allow script setting of Bar Position & Bar Styles

Bar Position & Bar Styles were added as features back on April 30, 2019 -- 16 months ago.  These should be accessible to the API!

Yes, please! It's annoying to manually go through every NPC sheet in a pre-purchased module to update the default token.

Better yet if this feature could be built into roll20 without the API! But I'll settle for API permissions if that's easier.
