NPC Actions, Other Than Attacks, Will Not Show in Chat

Hello everyone! I'm sure I'm going to accidentally leave out some info here, so please bare with me.
This issue started earlier today and is happening across all my games, it looks like. If I add a new action for an NPC that isn't an attack, the description of the action doesn't appear in chat. 

MOST actions already present before today on NPCs does show fine. I've run into some NPCs that have this problem with an existing action, which was from the compendium (Adult Brass Dragon and Hell Hound so far).

I'm using the 5e OGL sheet, and whether or not I'm using APIs doesn't seem to matter in my games. I'm using Chrome and have had this issue after clearing cache/cookies across 2 different computers.

I was able to get around the issue earlier by copying and pasting a token action into a new token action and just changing the description and title, and that did post to chat correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

More info: when I hit the up arrow in chat to re-type the last command sent, it does show the appropriate description for the NPC action. I'm not getting any console errors.

When submitting an attack action, the rolls go through, but the description doesn't go in. So it looks like that's the core issue - the description field isn't being sent to chat.

Also! I don't have this issue in games created by other people, but I am experiencing it in games I've created, and others are experiencing the problem in my games as well, so it looks like it's with my account. :c

Just wanted to chime in here and found the exact same issue with my game, as well. Only by changing the "Auto Damage Roll" section of the NPC sheet to "Don't Auto Roll Damage and Crits" does it allow me to use NPC Actions that don't have Attacks. 

As a follow up, I have confirmed this bug still occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.

I just noticed this exact same issue today as well.  5e OGL sheet.  I am using Chrome.  Example in my case is a Giant Spider from the Monster Manual.  The Web attack is only showing the attack rolls and is not showing the description, though Description is set to Show.  This is an ability that does not do damage but has an attack roll.  The output worked last night.  Does not work at this time.

I discovered the problem because I was attempting to create a NPC with a similar ability (attack roll but no damage with a description).  It was only showing the attack rolls without the description output, and I remembered that the Giant Spider has a similar ability (Web) and looked to see if I was doing something wrong.  That was when I noticed the Web action is no longer working.  Again, it worked fine last night in a game I was running with Giant Spiders.

Which is why when I copied an earlier token action and it output correctly, it was using npcaction template instead of npcfullatk. Gotcha, that at least explains what's going on. Thanks so much Oosh! I'm sure they'll get this fixed before too long on what I assume is the most popular sheet on the site.

This still hasn't been fixed in my games.  Actions with an attack roll and no damage with a description is not outputting the description.  I've tried turning off auto-roll damage, but that makes no difference.

I made a report about this in the D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 thread. The original fix was acknowledged as problematic and is being reviewed.
