!torch

I've done a bit of reading and cannot get !torch to light up a token. Do I have to turn on any settings on the token? I can  get lightning to work if I manually turn it on. Should I turn all the options off on the token for !torch to work?

Hey Sheldon. We need a bit more information... do you have the API script installed? What input command are you using?
I have the API installed and I just used the simple !torch -<id_number>  just to test the script to see if it'd work. I jsut dragged a token onto the map to test it. Do I need to set any options on the token? Do I need to turn dynamic lightning on the token or will the script turn it on when I use the command

Are you using Updated Dynamic Lighting?  Torch only works with Legacy Dynamic Lighting right now.  It's on my list of things to update.
Ahh yeah I was using the updated dynamic lighting, I guess I'll just have to turn the light on and off manually. Thanks for the help.

You can use TokenMod to adjust lighting on UDL.
