Character Sheet ability macros (actions) not working - (5e OGL Sheet) - any help greatly appreciated

I'm using the  D&D 5e OGL sheets by Roll20  and I'm attempting to make a monster with token abilities. The monster in question has four actions with text/descriptions, but for some reason the description won't show for fourth action. It works fine for the first three actions. I don't think it's a macro issue (they all use %{selected|repeating_npcaction_$0_npc_action} - the 0 is changed to 1, 2 and 3 for action 2-4). Even when I press on the actions in the character sheet itself the first three actions work fine, while the fourth action only shows the name of the action without any text/description under it.  Here is an example:   As you can see, for "touch", "ray of cold" and "life drain" there is the name of the action + a description (test description for the first two as you can see). For some reason, the action of "summon wraith" does not include the description.  Anyone have suggestions for how I can fix this?
I'm rather new to this myself, but I had a similar issue a few days ago.  Removing the ability from the character sheet, then adding it again from the compendium seemed to solve the issue.
Thanks for the quick reply. I have attempted multiple times to remake monsters and re-add actions etc., but without any success. Furthermore, I've tested multiple NPCs I made last year. They worked fine at the time, but now I see the same problem with some of these (Giant Spider and the action "web" is an example). Whether or not this has happened to my NPCs/monsters seem to be random.
Hi Ørjan!  This is a very recent issue which has been flagged to the Sheet devs and is being actioned.  The current workaround is to disable automatically rolled damage  in your NPC sheets until further notice.  You can find more info  here . Best! T
