Cantrip damage when the cantrip is set to "Cantrip Dice" to populate an attack on the front page are first querying what level the cantrip is cast at, and then not rolling additional dice based on the PCs level.
Hi d20Tavern, You should report this on the official dev-monitored feedback thread: D&D 5th Edition by Roll20 , along with repro steps, and a notation as to whether this is a custom cantrip, or one provided by the Compendium/Charactermancer. If the former, a screen shot of the cantrip settings would probably help as well.
