Betrayal

Just When I Believed Falmcrynth has betrayed me!  He had told me just before this trip to acquire Osiris' Crook and Flail that he was considering severing ties with his parents. He even said that he was beginning to embrace my view of the natural order- live one with nature rather than exploiting it. Falmcrynth is the undecided progeny of Splyncryth from Atlantis and Falmrecinth, the African Splugorth. Falmcrynth had been in Stormspire, but is now in Shemarrian territory. Since Splugorth decide their sex later in life, Falmcrynth prefers the pronoun of Zhi. Falmcrynth has promised me that he was to make the largest nature preserve in the area that was the Eastern US, including the destruction of Stormspire.  A nature preserve is not slaughtering hundreds of dinosaurs- and that is what it has done! Falmcrynth has established a territory in the US Southeast.  When we have finished in England he will have his reckoning- Moro will get his pounds of Splugorth flesh!  It will be fascinating to see the legendary ThorFrid tear into that squid!  I cannot wait to see the undead horde that Lucryllin will unleash, or the assistance of Saint Rebecca giving the blessings of Apollo.  It will be fun to see young Bena messing with Falmcrynth's mind, and imagine its surprise when it sees the full majesty of a Royal Frilled Dragon in Nosmo!
Blood-drenched scales, glistening fangs, magic fire leaping from slitted eyes.  This and more we promise, Mono.
“Umm I’m not an expert here but was it not the unnatural rifts that brought the dinosaurs back from extinction to this world. So would it not be re-extinction is the return to the natural order?” St. Rebecca asks puzzled.
How are we to know if the rifts are unnatural?   Maybe nature needs them back for some reason. Like maybe it wants us to burn more Dino bones.
"Yes good call Frid. possibly nature brought them back to sustain a larger population with dinosaurs as food, so if he 'slaughtered' all those dinosaurs as food I guess that makes a lot of sense."
