API access is a Pro Subscriber Perk. If you created the Game, as a Plus Subscriber you will not have access to the API. If the Game was created by someone else and you are a Co-GM, verify that they are an active Pro Subscriber. If they aren't, the Game won't have access to the API, even if they were a Pro Subscriber before.
