Did Restricted Movement disappear with the Dynamic Lighting change?

Going through and making sure all of the pages I use when DMing are functioning properly, I noticed that the "Restrict Movement" box no longer stops tokens from moving through lines that block LoS when I'm using Dynamic Lighting. Is this an intended change, or a bug, or am I missing something?

Are you testing this while logged in as a player or using the view of a token?  Only tokens that have sight are blocked by walls.
I was logged in as the GM and using Ctrl+L. But I never checked if the token had sight in the first place, I usually don't have my NPCs with sight because I imagine it helps with my loadtimes.  I rechecked to see if tokens with sight were blocked, and you're correct! Thank you for pointing that out to me!
