this is happening on brand new hp laptop windows 10 in crome, edge and firefox, place token with dynamic lighting turned on zoom out and get  I dont have this issue on older computer using windows 8. Thanks in advance

This should be reported in the stickied thread dealing with the updated dynamic lighting system. Something like your problem already appears in the thread, but adding your case would help them identify how common the problem is.
