DM info tokens disappear

I have created an invisible token with an aura for dm notes per suggestions in the tips and tricks forum. Players explore the map and we go through a couple of encounters, and then suddenly all of my info tokens are gone. It happened twice last week when we were playing. Today I logged in early so I could add my DM notes back to the map. Again, we went through a couple of battles and I just noticed that all of info tokens are gone again. All of the other tokens (players, monsters, lighting) are there. Why would these tokens get deleted? Tokens created per instructions in this thread: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/5899495/stupid-roll20-tricks-and-some-clever-ones/?pageforid=6474381#post-6474381

That is an unusual problem. I'm not sure why tokens would just disappear between sessions. Some reproducible steps would help to pin down what's going on. One possibility (though remote) springs to mind. You can sometimes get corruption and lost work from having two games open simultaneously in the same browser.
I don't know what I did to make it happen except that something during the session must have done it. I don't think I'm hitting delete by accident somehow because even the notes tokens a few rooms over were gone. I thought maybe it was how I use the turn/initiative tracker: I draw a box to select a bunch of tokens to add to the turn tracker, then delete the turn for the torch or notes token that got selected along with the characters, and maybe deleting from the turn tracker deleted it from the map. But I performed those steps again and it didn't do anything unexpected. Only one tab has Roll20. I have several D&D beyond tabs open, but not sure why that would make a difference. I'll create some more tokens and mess around a bit when I prepare the next session. Thank you for trying to come up with a potential cause. Maybe I will notice what triggers it, and if so, I'll post again.

That would be great. Too many times someone posts a problem without a lot of detail, and then disappears. It's never known if they solved it, went away in disgust, found a work around, discovered a procedural error or whatever. Thanks.
