GM can't do jack with tokens

to whomever this concerns,  I am having troubles navigating and editing my icons/ avatars. I cannot even edit tokens despite the button being prompted. Please fix this as soon as you can as I have been dealing with this issue for a few months  thank you for your time,  -Morpheus 

You most likely need to provide full data and fill out a  Help Center Request , in order for the devs to see and respond to your report in a useful manner. I've posted the troubleshooting steps below. They will particularly need a console log from Step 4. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!

People have reported this problem on maps using UDL (the updated dynamic lighting system). It seems that switching the map back to the legacy lighting will allow tokens to be dragged again.
