one player can see everything with dynamic lighting
That's not very descriptive, so not sure how much anybody is going to be able to help. Are you using the Updated Dynamic Lighting? I'm still seeing enough recurring bug reports with UDL that it seems this is still not ready for prime time. I think the general consensus is still to stay with Legacy DL for actual games until all the kinks have been fully worked out with UDL.
