We are just a trio of buds dying to play D&D 5e together after all these years, and why not make new friends along the way. Seeking a long-term campaign ideally, preferably flexible hours as one of us is an ICU night nurse (yes, in THIS economy). We are all LGBTQA so we are hoping to find a DM who fully respects our right to be gay and do crime. Also looking for one or two other players to join us and flesh out the group. No need to be LGBTQA yourselves of course, but it will be pretty important that you're at least okay with it, especially as two of us are gay together specifically. Added Note: We are in CST and EST time zones. To give you an idea of what to expect: Player A is 24, she/her, and looking to play a goliath fighter himbo named Vitor. Vitor was born the runt of his family, clocking in at just over 7ft, and he was raised solely on Respecting Women Juice. He's looking to make his mark on the world and maybe make some other men taste the juice he was raised on. Even if he has to force it down their throats with his giant bulging arms. Player B is 33, she/her, looking to play a firbolg cleric of the light named Meera. Meera is the youngest of a slowly dwindling firbolg clan. She's almost 40, she thinks - still pretty young for a firbolg - but all of her friends have already settled down. Meera can't just settle , though. She's got places to go, and she's going NOW. The reason for her pilgrimage? So she can finally, finally meet her longtime idol, the heartthrob [insert name of totally dreamy celebrity TBD created by DM]. The fact that they're both Light Domain worshipers of Lathander? Total, utter coincidence. Player C is 29, she/her, looking to play a rageful 5 foot nothing aasimar hexblade warlock named Lorella Laurent Littleflower. But call her anything other than Lola and you'll get a swift, completely accidental elbow to the gut. Born to overbearing human parents, this aasimar was considered a miracle baby from whom great things were expected. Lola, however, just wants to jam with her band Four Odd Devils, an all-girl, all-tiefling (well, minus her, but she wears horns) punk band. But her parents have sent this tiny goth angel out into the world to do good and bring honor to their family name. Will she live up to her lineage and do something truly great? (These are total starter ideas and all up for editing and/or obliterating of course, at the DM's discretion.) Players A and C have played for several years now, but player B is new to the game though very enthusiastic and well versed. Ideally we would play 1-2 times a month, maybe more maybe less depending on the DM. We are all excited to play and ready to move things around to make it happen. We are all pretty roleplay-heavy but love combat, too. So DM's if you're interested, would you please reply with a general setting idea (whether it be from the books or homebrew, totally righteous) and DM style, and potential players, would you respond with any character ideas/playing style.
