Players can't see map

None of my players can see the map. Did I do something wrong?
Hi Olivia, do you have the red player ribbon set on the map you want your players to see?
On the "Edit token", do you have all the "All players see light" and "Emits light" sections clicked? I have usually found that these areas not being specified results in players not being able to see the map. Alternatively, on the map, is the map set to the background? Check this by going to the second icon down of the icons on the left hand of your screen. Choose 'map and background'  and on there right mouse click. Check you have 'layer' set to map layer, and on the options above this choose "to back". This might resolve your issue.

If you are using Fog of War, did you reveal any of the map?  With Fog of War set, the map will just be black until you start revealing parts of it.
Also, a token that the player controls must be on the map in order for the player to see the map.
Had this problem earlier. Go to the page settings click on the Dynamic Lighting tab and turn everything off. As soon as I did this, all my players were able to see the map. Before I did that, no one could see it. The problems I had with Roll20 today delayed my session by over an hour....this was one of the bigger problems we had.
