I know that you can double click to do pop out chat, however, it will not load at all. It stays on a white screen and never loads. SO I have a separate window with nothing in it that will never load. Thanks prematurely for any help.

Is adblocker on? it prevents popouts.

The actual popout shows up, but it is just blank. I do not have any adblockers or popup blockers on. It is just very strange, I would like to be able to see more of the page and have the chat open too. I am using safari, but when I use chrome or Firefox the video chat lags terribly. So it is a real catch-22
