Edit: The issue is fixed! I adjusted the lpmancer_status to blank, not active, which reset the sheet back to normal. Thanks everyone for their help. Thanks Oosh for the final fix! One of my players is trying to level up through the charactermancer level up and it's been stuck. I'm trying to help them figure out what's going on and how to work around this. Both my player and I don't quite remember what small details, like equipment and money, was written on the original character sheet, making it a little difficult to fill in the new character sheet. My settings and specs are: Browser: Google Chrome version 84.0.4147.125 (up to date as of 8/15/2020) Extensions: Beyond20 version 2.1.1 (updated 7/11/2020) Operating System: Mac OS This is my player's specs: Browser: Google Chrome version 84.0.4147.125 Extensions: None Operating System: Mac OS We both don't have Firefox installed on our computers so we can't tell if this is a browser issue. We did not clear our cache yet to troubleshoot.   Edit: included second picture to address some comments. The character sheet is NOT popped out in a different window when this error is occuring.

Do you mean it's permanently stuck, even if you close and re-open the sheet? Or it keeps getting stuck at the same point every time you try to level up?

Is the character sheet popped out in its own window?  It needs to still be embedded in the vtt for all the charactermancer scripts to function.

Charmancer doesn't work if the sheet is popped out in a separate window .

I have edited my original post to include another image showing how the error occurs while the character sheet is opened in game.

You can try this: Go to the Attributes & Abilities tab, and locate an Attribute (left column) called charactermancer_step . If you pop the sheet out into its own window you can CTRL-F search to save some scrolling. Set its value to: lp-welcome Try closing and reopening the sheet, see if anything happens.

It did seem to work for a split second and the character sheet returns back to the stuck charactermancer screen.

Whoops, might have been the wrong one. Check this thread , lpmancer_status seems to be the Attribute that worked for the OP in there - try deleting whatever value is in there. There's a few others you can try as well, if that doesn't work.
