Can't view or edit character

I created a dnd 5e character using the charactermancer. Mid-creation, my computer froze and the page closed. When I go back in to try and finish creating/view the character sheet, it gets stuck. I can edit her bio but I can't do anything else. Sometimes for a brief half-second, I can see the character sheet before it goes back to the bio editing page mess. I've tried using both Firefox and Chrome. I've disabled ad-block. I've cleared my cache. Still no luck.
I can't click on back or next. I can click on the three tabs up top and edit the information on these pages but I can't get to any other part of charactermancer.

Can you get to the Attributes & Abilities tab? If so, try locating an Attribute (left column) called charactermancer_step . Set its value to: lp-welcome Press TAB to move the cursor to another field to make sure the change sticks, then close the sheet. Reopen it and see if the charactermancer has reset itself.
I tried the above suggestion and still have the same problem. It did not help solve this situation.

Have you tried deleting that one and just making a new one?

Whoops, might have suggested the wrong Attribute.. Check this thread , lpmancer_status seems to be the Attribute that worked for the OP in there - try deleting whatever value is in there. If that also doesn't work, you can try the other Attribute values listed in the thread. Otherwise, I think it might be down to Kraynic's suggestion of starting again. Or is there a lot invested in this sheet that would be hard to replace?
DM and I decided to that it'd just be easier to recreate the sheet. Thankfully the character was in the initial creation phase/hadn't been played yet so it wasn't hard to do.
