Heroes! Please spread the word to those folks who don't frequent this Campaign Forum. Big news! Y'all earned a massive XP bonus for finding a way to survive the ambush by the Orogs, negotiating with Edvald, exploring the second level of the Noldrunhold, fighting the Grick Alphas and surviving the waterfall, and defeating the firenewt warriors. D&D math puts it at roughly 2,300 XP each (the grick alphas were particularly difficult). For simplicity's sake, I'm going to round up to 2,500 XP. Congratulations! You have reached 5th level! Let's take the time between now and Thursday to level up. 5th level is a Big Deal--there are lots of class-specific choices that make the PCs come into their own. I recommend a discussion here on the Campaign Forum for those who want assistance in picking spells, class abilities, and so on. Woo-hoo! Koop (In XP terms, the PCs are all at 6,500 XP.
