I...I accidentally deleted a game...

I prepared Phandelver campaign for few month, and we had a great time playing with it.  Few hours ago, I tried to delete a chat log, but I accidentally deleted a whole game!!! I hope there is a way to restore this game...dammmmm plz plz plz help me....
