As the DM I no longer see the bar up top where I can choose what map I'm on. Any idea why?

After giving this another look it appears to be an issue only on Chrome. Things work fine in Firefox.

Try connecting to Roll20 in an Incognito browser session. If it works there, then it's likely interference from a browser extension in Chrome..
