What it says on the tin. This is driving me nuts. I can't resize my map by clicking and dragging, and once I set it on the layer I can't drag it around at all. I also can't resize it unless I directly go into it's properties to change it.I'm having a terrible time getting anything to fit properly.
Just checking the obvious: You have sent the map to the map layer, but have you then changed the layer you are on to the map layer, so that you can select and resize?
Beyond that, are you using a supported browser (Firefox/Chrome)?
I am using Firefox, yeah. I can't get it to work on any of the layers. Not the map layer, not the token layer, not the GM layer. I have noticed though that sometimes it works when I open it up, but it seems to be directly related to another problem. Sometimes when I try to draw Freehand, the screen won't stop moving as if I had grabbed it with the pan tool. So, it moves the screen and draws at the same time. I can change to player view then back to GM view, and it will fix that problem but cause the previous can't resize or move an item problem. It seems like if one is working, the other breaks.

This happens to me (and my players) on occasion when trying to move tokens around - I just end up scrolling around the screen. Sometimes (and not always) I can fix it by selecting the pan tool - pan a little and then go back to the select button.
I wish I knew why it does it. I am not sure if this will help with your issue thou??
Sometimes when I get that panning error, a rightclick will "reset" the cursor back to normal operation. I'm grasping at straws for the issue here, but is the map of an unusually large size (pixel dimensions)? Is there another graphic on the map layer interfering with it, maybe? Do you have the issue with any map page/graphic, or just that combination?
The size of my map doesn't seem to matter, since tokens freeze even on a default map size. I had the problem immediately when I began planning a new campaign and then had to stretch my map to sit as the background or when I played tokens on the token layer above it. All of the maps and graphics I use are my own for my sessions, and it applies to every graphic I place. Even ones that I placed in a previous session and had no trouble moving when I initially placed them.
