One (or Some) Players Can See Entire Map as if Explored in Updated Dynamic Lighting

I just figured this issue out, I think it may be the same as this person's issue , so I wanted to post to let anyone else know who may have encountered it. I was testing out lighting use Ctrl-L to see my player's views. One player's token could see the entire map as though she had explored the whole thing (grayed out).  No other tokens had this issue, and behaved as expected. I reset all the lighting features I could a bunch of times and it kept happening. Finally, I realized that I had added myself (GM) to the "Edited and Controlled By" section in her character sheet, and this was causing the issue! Removing myself from that fixed it, and of course I can still control and edit the character as GM.
I am not listed anywhere on this token as edit and controlled by but I am still having this problem, I've tried deleting my cache, turning options on and off and even just using a whole new token but when I assign it to the player, boom whole map.
Ctrl-L in the updated dynamic lighting has issues when used as a GM. You can find more details on the the generic updated lighting bug thread.
