Level+ Charactermancer not working

Clicking Level+ Charactermancer button gives one JSON error per click. I've tried with/without the RES extension and with multiple browsers (Safari Mac, Firefox Mac and Windows, Chrome Mac clean install). No one in this Avernus game can use this feature. How can we fix this? Can I give any other logs or something? No network requests are made on button-click. https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/7989983/baldurs-homies Here's the link to our game if that helps.

What is the "RES extension"? Can you use the feature in a different game? If you want to file a ticket, the best procedure is to use a Help Center Request . Here is the checklist of things to try (some of which you've already done, and instructions for providing them with a console log. Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome and Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable all add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through Step 4 . (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
Roll20 Enhancement Suite https://ssstormy.github.io/roll20-enhancement-suite/ Doesn't work with a fully clean chrome browser, no extensions or anything. Doesn't work on multiple computers and multiple browsers. Submitted a bug a while ago still haven't heard back.
Works fine in a different game. The game we're in is an Avernus module game. Is it broken with that module for some reason?

I've seen no other reports. How long is a while ago? Roll20 is still working through a significant mound of tickets. Hopefully, the extension has not corrupted any data. Can you create and level up a brand new character in that game? Created without the extension active?

Is the character sheet modified at all, or is it completely standard Roll20 D&D 5e? Maybe ask the GM to check and make sure. I don't see why having non-standard characters in player names would effect the charactermancer, but still it might be an idea to use a plain player name with no brackets or punctuation while you're troubleshooting. Definitely avoid putting brackets in character names though. As a Plus member, you should be able to export your character, then throw it into a blank game - can you level up if you do this?
Exported the sheet that doesn't work, here's the link: https://pastebin.com/xXMa2bM7 The sheet is completely standard to my knowledge. Importing this sheet to another game, it still doesn't work in the other game, same JSON parse error in the console. However, I can get a different sheet in that game to work fine. So it seems likely that something's wrong with the sheet. I created a fresh sheet in the Avernus game and it works fine. The non-working sheet was exported and imported into the avernus game. I'm unblocked, but it sucks that this happened in the first place and I had to waste a bunch of time fixing something that I've paid for. :\

Part of the confusion is the usage of the word "sheet" which refers to the code that handles and displays a character, not the character itself. If you are using import and export through a third party extension instead of using the Character Vault or the (Pro Level) Transmogrifier, you have "broken the warranty seal". Roll20 cannot offer support. You might want to ask the creators of the extension about problems in using their exporter and Charactermancer agreement. I believe they have a discord. In short, once you have used a third party product to alter the content of the character, Roll20 has lost control. That being said, it sounds like A) you had the issue before you ever did an import or export? and B) other sheets work? You may have to bite the bullet and recreate the sheet, which may have become corrupted either through the extension or through other means.
