Restricted "cone view" only when using night vision with updated dynamic lighting.

I have been trying out UDL, but have found an annoying effect where tokens only have partial vision when in no light areas (see pic).  [Vision: ON, Night Vision: ON, Limit field of vision: OFF].  To see, the token needs to be rotated.  Is this intentional?  For the time being I am getting by using emit bright light for a full 360o view.  Thanks.
