Hi Daniel, Some questions to determine the actual issue and how best to solve it: How are you tracking conditions? What method are you using now for multiple NPCs? I.e. are your tokens set up as mooks, each with their own separate HP? — Wiki article on  Linking Tokens to Journals What sheet are you using?

I'm tracking conditions through the Starfinder sheet and I have them set up as mooks. I need to have dedicated sheets for npcs, especially for ship combat.

Hmm... I don't know enough about Starfinder to give a decent answer. Just keep in mind that when you duplicate a sheet, the default token sitll points to the original sheet. That will have to be re-assigned.
