Only One Player Can't See Map - Dynamic Lighting

I have 6 players in my game and have DL turned on. Every player has their token/vision working properly, except one. I double-checked that Vision was turned on for the token and that they had light. I also verified that the permissions for the token and the character that it represents are both set to the player. However, all he can see is his token and a black screen. As a troubleshooting step, I enabled all players to be able to see/control the same exact token and it works perfectly for them. They can all see the token's line of sight, can move the token, and are having no issues.  Next, we made sure his Firefox browser was up-to-date, and when that didn't work he switched to Chrome (still no luck).  Restarting the computer was also attempted, but it didn't work. This has happened our last two sessions with no changes. So one of the other players has been screen sharing over Google Meet so that he can see what is happening. Since all players have access to the vision of that token, it ends up functional, but definitely not perfect. Is there some setting that he has to enable on his end that he might have accidentally turned off? Or are there other things we could try?
Try using legacy dynamic lighting instead. There is a sticky thread for reporting bugs with the updated dynamic lighting.

The information on the dynamic lighting layer of your map will work for both. The settings on each page and on each token will need to be set up again.

It's a bummer that some of the features found in the new version don't exist in the old, but that was expected. It is definitely better to have all players able to see things on their own screen and miss a few features than have one person out of the loop.
