Dynamic Lighting Not Working

I have just made a very comprehensive map over the weekend and the first two hours I had it up, it worked fine. But I needed to reset the map for the players because I was testing all the parts of the map to make sure it worked right, and Explorer Mode was showing parts of the map already. After I reset Explorer Mode, when I hit ctrl+L, I couldn't see anything as the player tokens. I tried lots of fixes and workarounds, which was really annoying, and now I have it set up that my players with Night Vision are emitting Low Light to simulate their Night Vision. The setup on each character is the same. Has Vision, Emit Low Light 60ft. But one character token is able to see the entire map in a very dim light when I hit ctrl+L. I can't get it fixed at all. Since all the other tokens are working just fine with the workaround, I know it's not something that I can do on my end since all the tokens have the same settings chosen. Can someone explain what is going on with this? Please see the five below screenshots. First is the view from a functioning token, second is the view from the malfunctioning token, and third is the view from the DM's side. The next two are the token settings. All 4 Edit screens are the different tokens. Upper Right screen is the token that can see the map. It has the same options ticked as the other three tokens but it can see differently in the map than the others.
If you want reliable lighting, then switch to the legacy dynamic lighting. There is a sticky thread in this forum for the updated dynamic lighting (it still has lots of bugs).
