Hey I'm Maggie! I've tried a few times to get some friends into a long-term D&D group, but it never quite works out, so now I'm reaching out to the fine strangers on the internet. I'm somewhat familiar with 5 and 3.5, but I wouldn't say I'm experience since I've really only ever played with other inexperienced players. I make up for it with enthusiasm, I swear. I like when a party can do silly things but there are real consequences for our actions so we can't just be idiots the whole time. I definitely prefer the classic fantasy/medieval settings, not super big into steampunk or futuristic. In the past I've played melee characters (people tend to let you do what you want if you smack them hard enough), but I'm open to filling a niche if your party is in need of something else! I'm on discord and I'm a little familiar with roll20. I prefer weeknights PDT but I can be pretty flexible with timing, and I'm used to playing with EDT friends.
