Pathfinder Character sheets won't accept spell drops from compendium for all players of game

After dragging and dropping spells from compendium to a sheet the sheet does one of two things: 1: Goes to charactermancer tab with a blank sheet and freezes 2: Nothing at all. I use Google chrome (have recreated this error with firefox and Microsoft edge). This happens to all sheets in the game. I have tried disabling all addons. I have tried making all players reconnect. All spellcasting players and myself (gm) are unable to use the compendium drop function at all. Please send help or recommendations. 

Just adding on that this problem is happening for me as well, so this is likely on Roll20's side of things. I am playing Pathfinder 1e for reference

this bug have been reported a few times in recent days, the threads on the bug forum might be of some use.

Hello, i found a solution. When you what to add cleric spells you must have cleric levels on your charakter sheets. Same with other spells/classes. The charakter sheet only know Playerhandbook classes.

So if you drag-n-drop spells meant for clerics on a non-cleric sheet, the bug happens, or does this only happen with custom classes? If spell drag-n-drop were broken for custom classes, I would have thought it had been reported earlier. Do you think this is a new bug?

I have tried to add cleric levels and then add the spell to the sheet and it works as a good workaround. Thank you.
