Not easily. With a Pro Subscription, you can drag elements from game to game, but with anything else, you are limited to the Character Vault for moving characters, and copying and pasting text for anything else.

You mean mechanically, getting the two stories to mash?  Or in Roll20 adding the assets of both campaigns in one game?
