Can't Upload New Avatar

For the last while, I've been trying to upload an image to serve as my character's avatar in an upcoming campaign. I have tried uploading it as a png and as a jpg, I have removed all my extensions, made sure that my chrome is up to date and turned off any adblocks. The image is 26.1 mb and I still have 97 mb left for my roll20 data storage. Any help would be very much appreciated.

The upload limit for any single file for a free user is 5mb. That being said, 26.1mb is undoubtedly overkill by at least an order of magnitude for use as a character avatar. That would exceed screen dimensions, even with severe compression. My suggestion would be to downsample your image to a more useful and usable size.
