converting to new dynamic lighting and trouble seeing what characters can see

I'm sure its just a setting I'm missing but can no longer press Ctl L and see what players can see as the GM
anyone? lol its really annoying. using CTL L with token selected just shows me the token. and complete blackness

Just checking, but have you confirmed the specific token in question is set up to have sight? Each token must be set up individually. That is the most common problem when people experience this. Otherwise, it may just be another bug of updated DL?

Otherwise, it may just be another bug of updated DL? yes and thank you David. it appears.. that switching from safari to chrome solved the issue.. which I'd rather not do but it is what it is.  so you can't use safari with the new UDL features it seems or at least to see thru players eyes quickly.  I'm wondering if this is also the problems with dynamic weather overlays. hmm.

Ah, glad you found a solution! I'm still sticking with Legacy DL until all the kinks are worked out with UDL...

Are you using a 3rd party browser extension for roll20? If so, I'd try returning to safari, temporarily disabling the extension, and see if the dynamic lighting problem goes away.
