I'v e been using firefox for months, but this week firefox starts crashing every time I open a character sheet and try to view the core part of the sheet. However, it works fine in chrome. I don't know what changed?
Same issue here. Gone through the troubleshooting steps (without switching to Chrome), updated Firefox and games, as well as tried older versions with no success.
Are you using Windows, Mac or Linux? And is this on the computer or on a mobile phone/tablet? That's likely to be relevant to narrow down this issue. Have either of you made a support ticket on this issue, and given full details on your setup & how it happens, together with screenshots? Roll20 more closely monitors their bug tickets than the bug forum threads.
