Trouble with the Drop-Down Menu

When I open a Drop-Down Menu, only one option shows up (i.e. "Custom" occupation for CoC, "Fighter for DnD, etc.). This exclusively occurs in the Charactermancer. Is there any way to fix this?

What content to do you own on Roll20?  I'm not sure about CoC, but for 5E DnD the only thing available in the charactermancer is SRD content unless you have bought additional content (or your DM is sharing their compendium of content).
