PC's can only move tokens a few spaces.

Running Curse of Strahd So last night my pc's could move their tokens only a few spaces up, down, and side to side. I tried to unassigned and reassign them to the correct player and character and that didn't seem to fix the issue. So I had them, if they couldn't move to the space they wanted, ping the map and I moved the token for them. Has anyone else had this issue before and does anyone know how to fix it? Thank you all in advance for the help. Edit: Did some more testing and it seems to only be the Death House map.

Are they hitting something on the DL layer? edit - oh... free account. I have seen at least one issue before where someone on a free account was having players blocked by DL lines which they couldn't see or do anything about. It's possible that this is what's going on. Can you take a screenshot of a part of the map, with a drawing on it to indicate some places where players can't move? Someone with a Plus/Pro account who owns the module can probably check if you've got phantom DL lines - if so, an admin will need to join your game and remove them or change the page settings for you

My first thought is that the option to limit movement on dynamic lighted maps is on for that particular map. Easy way to check: Is the movement limited to squares inside the rooms or can the players move their tokens to places outside of the room?
