All character sheets automatically popping out, preventing drag & drop

As the subject: every character sheet (NPC or PC) that I attempt to open is being automatically opened as a pop-out window (no option to not pop out) and therefore will not accept drag & drop content from the Compendium.

on the settings tab, there is an option to turn it off.

I'll check that out, but it never used to need to be turned off...  this is a brand new thing since the last time I logged in a week ago.

The likely explanation is that you accidentally turned it on in that campaign when you existed the last time. I bet you're character sheets act normal in your other campaigns.

I have only 1 campaign.

There seems to be a trend of "hotfixes" and "releases" being applied out of cycle and without documentation.
