Hi Francesco, This roll20 "quirk" has been around as long as I can remember. Probably stems from how web browsers cache pages... You might try bookmarking your game (edit the bookmark to use the URL of the "launch game" button) and refresh your game by using the bookmark instead of the browser's refresh option.
