Bought a bunch of stuff and nothing is showing up !!!!!!!!!!

So I bought a bunch of maps and premade things but none of it is showing up in my art library or marketplace purchase linked below is just one of the things I bought. Below is just ONE item I bought that I can't access. I'm about to get a refund. You checked the "premium assets" tab in the "Art Library" tab? It would then be under the "marketplace purchases" folder.&nbsp;

That particular one is a game addon. It must be specifically loaded into a game from the home page using the addons menu (which it sounds like you've done). The maps will appear in the pages menu in-game, not the marketplace items of your art library.

My assumption was that not every item was a module as in "premade things."&nbsp;

Only one item has been specified, and it wouldn't show up in the art library. Can't help with any of the others, since we don't know what they are. Ashsunday, we can help you find some things, but if you are having a large scale problem with marketplace purchases, the thing to do is to file a&nbsp; Help Center Request .

Sorry, didn't mean to discourage input. I misunderstand folks all the time, so it's always helpful to have other reactions. I was speaking to Ashsunday as much as you. I just wanted to find out what items were not showing up.

Another place to check- the old page apparently still exists and still has the correct information- is to go to&nbsp; <a href="https://marketplace.roll20.net/purchases/" rel="nofollow">https://marketplace.roll20.net/purchases/</a> For me, it shows up instantly (no loading) and with more relevant information and organization.&nbsp;
