Please help, overnight all my character sheets are gone. There are some templates and maps left but all the characters I have created have disappeared. I disabled addons, cleared cache, tried to exit and rejoin but nothing works.

Could we get a screenshot of your journals tab? Common causes are browsers autofilling something in the search bar (usually my name for me) which returns no results... hopefully it's that simple but if not you'll likely want to go through the help center instead for a quicker response from the dev team.

I'd get the ball rolling on the  help center  side of things in that case... very odd. There have been cases of journals being dumped randomly to the root directory, again, I'm sure you've already looked but are they at the bottom, all sat outside of the folders just waiting to be reorganised? Are you the only one with GM access to the game?

Thanks to 2020 ruining everything for everyone it is difficult to say, would depend on their backlog of tickets I guess but it is certainly the quickest way to get support. I'm not officially affiliated with Roll20 but will see if I can at least shine a light on your situation :) Good luck, I hope you get everything back in time for your next session!

Waiting times can be several days or more, unfortunately. It's been that way since Social Distancing brought in a huge wave of new users.
