Alter the default Tokens HP/AC

Hi, So I'm starting a game of Lost Mines Of Phandelver soon but the players will be higher than level 1 (because reasons). I want to be able to change the default HP/AC of the tokens/NPCs in the journal and it be represented when I drag them onto the board. At the moment, I've altered as many settings as I can find, both on the character sheet and Attribute & Abilities. However, every time I drag a specific NPC onto the board, it spawns with the previously defined HP level. E.g: I want to set the Goblin HP to 10, however when dragged onto the map, it's always 7. I'd like it so I can set the HP/AC of the NPCs so if I decide to spawn extra, I don't have to waste time altering their settings for each token I put on the map. Am I missing something?

You'll need to reset the default token in each instance... they are a snapshot of when first set so any changes to the sheet afterwards won't be reflected. Step 1: Drag token onto VTT Step 2: Set token up as needed, changing numbers... linked attributes will be fine but hitpoints on mooks aren't linked be design Step 3: On the journal, hit edit and remove the default token Step 4: With the newly adjusted token selected click to use it as the new default token It's a bit of faff but should only need to be done once per monster rather than having to change the HP on every token used.
