Curse of Strahd - moving tokens from GM layer to Token layer causes them to disappear and be irretrievable

Tokens are still visible (greyed out) in the map layer, but cannot be interacted with.

Can you give some steps? You mention GM layer to Token layer in the subject, but the Map layer in the post. If this is the problem where tokens on the Token layer that emit light can cause nearby GM layer tokens to become invisible, this is a known bug.
In the Death House map (but, looks like only that one; I'm able to pull a token from the GM layer to the Token layer in the basement map and the castle ravenloft map) the Animated Armor, Broom of Animated Attack, Rose, Thorn, and Spectre tokens appear in the GM overlay layer, but when moved to the Token layer, they disappear (in both the GM layer and the Token layer) and cannot be seen or interacted with. In the map layer, those tokens still appear visible but cannot be interacted with.

Hmm. I am unable to duplicate. Here are my steps: Go to death house map Switch to GM layer Select Rose token Right click and choose Layer > Token Layer Switch to Token layer The Rose token now appears on the token layer and is selectable on that layer. If these steps are giving you any other results then something is wrong. I am assuming since you do not appear to be a subscriber, that no Dynamic Lighting is involved? If so, then my only advice is to try the troubleshooting steps listed below, and if they fail to isolate the problem, send a description of the issue and the Console Log from Step 4 for to Roll20 in a  Help Center Request . Could you please carefully work through these steps of our guide to  Solving Technical Issues ? Step 1: Make sure to use the right browser Please check if these issues persist when using both Chrome  and  Firefox. Step 2: Ensure that there are no extensions/addons interfering with Roll20 Please disable  all  add-ons/extensions. Step 3: Clear your cache If none of the above succeeds, please thoroughly work through  Step 4 .  (Don't forget the complete Console Log!) Thank you!
