Can't add tokens to map from Compendium for some npcs.

I'm running curse of strahd from the module except that I can't move some tokens to the map. I try to click and drag the token from the npc and mosters character sheets and some of them will not do anything. I can't seem to find a pattern for which one will and which ones won't. Refreshing the page doesn't seem to change anything and this has been for several weeks and happens in both Chrome, Firefox and, Edge. do some of the sheets not have tokes and just pictures of the creatures?

To create a token, the best way is to drag it from the list in your Journal, or from the Compendium if it's not yet part of your game, rather than opening the character sheet and trying to drag from there.

Yes, dragging from the sheet will only drag the token image, unlinked to the sheet.
