I upgraded my account to Pro a couple weeks ago. Ever since then the mute and camera buttons are gone. Some of my players report the same thing, but a few can still see the controls. I've tried reloading and using different computers; no luck. Seems like this resulted from the upgrade. Do I need to cancel my subscription?
