move objects in multiple layers

Hey all.
As you all see in the title. im trying to figure out if it is possilbe to move objects in 2 layers at the same time.
Im talking about the backround and dynamic lightning layer.
My idea is to make a map like the boardgame Labyrinth - The Moving Maze Game.

So... is there a easy/fast way to do that or do I need to keep switching between the 2 layers?

Following post.  Love the board game and would love to see it work, but like OP I don't know of any way to select objects from different map layers at the same time

This is only possible with API and a Pro subscription, unfortunately. There's definitely a script for tokens on different layers, I think Twins? I'm unsure if it works on DL lines, though.

I think Matt's Doors script would do this. I can't remember if it moves DL lines or just temporarily sends them to another layer. IIRC, there's an issue with rotating DL lines.
