Trying to only roll 1 attack.

So, this might be a strange questions but I cannot for the life of me find an answer on any of these forums.

I have a large group, so we typically only allow one or two actions per turn, this includes the bad guys. When inputting a characters weapon, Roll20 automatically makes him roll multiple attacks even though I only want him to roll once. While yes, we can just ignore the other attacks, I would like to be sure the chat is not cluttered.

And before you ask:

  • Only 1 attack box is checked.
  • No additional attack boxes are checked.

Any help would be appreciated in disabling this.

Sorry, this is from the Pathfinder sheet.

I believe the number of attacks rolled are based on your class/lvl BAB.  If you hover over the iterative attacks, you can roll them individually instead of all at together.

As Vince has pointed out, rolling from the button with the attack name will roll a full attack, with the number of attacks determined by BAB.

For a standard attack (taking only a standard action) click the first attack bonus as Vince has circled above.

A full attack takes a full-round action.

When you say you "only allow one or two actions per round", are you following the actual PF rules? They're quite clear about what you can and cannot do. A character with 16+ BAB can make 4 swings using full attack. With the damage numbers you posted, you're running high level characters, so 4 swings seems pretty normal.

We aren't playing by-the-books. And frankly, I could care less what the rulebook says we should do. They're more like... guidelines.

I have eight players and then myself so turns take long enough as is. Instead, we limit the actions to a certain amount per turn depending on the circumstances of the encounter.

@Vince, thanks for the solution!
