Jukebox not working and huge lag on Chat have made it virtually impossible to play

For months now, the Jukebox function has not functioned properly. All 7 devices in our game use Chrome; some on Mac and some on PC. Everyone get choppy bits of music, like a broken CD, or no sound at all. For all practical purposes, the Jukebox is useless. We contacted support in early June (req. #18250) and heard nothing back for two months. The response, when it came, was: has the problem solved itself? The answer was: no, 'it's worse, if anything'. The only reply we have had since then was an automated "How Did we Do in Support?" -- Well, not exactly stellar, right? Your customer service, in spite of several of us paying monthly fees to use Roll20, has been second to none. In the negative sense. I have found more and better help in state shops in former Soviet republics. Then, recently, the Chat has begun lagging. We guess servers are busy on Sundays PM when we play, but this is no excuse for a die roll taking 20-30 seconds to appear in the chat, or a comment taking 10-15 seconds to post -- it makes the game intolerable and totally ruins any sense of suspense. By now, Roll20 is as good as useless for us, and we hold little hope that anyone will respond to this topic in a qualified way within 2020. For anyone who sees this: seriously consider another platform. Roll20 is too big and hires too few people and can't manage. Too bad. The concept is excellent.

Jukebox lags and skips for me too, so much that after a couple months I stopped using jukebox audio. I hope it can be repaired. Best I can suggest for general slowdowns like chat lag & loading lag --- Clear your browser cache (between sessions). Flip-flop browser from Chrome to Firefox, and vice versa.
Thanks, Gold - I will try to do what you suggest with the browser cache.  As for the jukebox, that is just so frustrating to hear. If it can't be programmed/supported/maintained properly, then why even offer the option. I spent probably ten hours uploading soundbites for a mega-dungeon setting with sound effects, background moods etc. etc. and it's all useless.
