Karkolohk Map Broken or is it just me?

Hi all.

New here and just bought Rime of the Frostmaiden. It appears that the map for Karkolohk has an issue. The map layer itself doesn't seem to be there. The objects and token layer and the GM Overlay is but, the base map appears to be missing.

Have I not pressed the correct buttons or is it an issue? Either way ideas on fixing it would be greatly appreciated.

For the record I am using Google Chrome, and have the ABP and Beyond20 Add-ons in the browser.

I'm seeing the same thing. Also using Chrome.

I have alerted the Powers that Be and have been informed that it has already been reported and ticketed.

I think you may need to redownload it but, not sure.

Updated the game. Still have this issue.

same, still no map background. update didn't help

Try creating a brand new game instance and transmogrifying the map in, just in case something happened to it in your existing copy. I have two copies of the game in my list of games, and both show the Karkolohk map.

Assuming you have already tried things like emptying your cache, running without extensions, etc.

same issue.  updated, no luck, unable to copy from another game into it.  for my group, we also have everything unlocked in dnd beyond so just going to try copy / paste the map from that, but kind of annoying no other way to restore a map.  :/

Transmogrifier did not work?

apparently i wasn't following this thread.  nope, transmogrifier didn't help.  and looks like more issues with maps in same game, aside from this one.  now having issues on the ice wind dale map.  :( 

so... of course now transmogrifier worked for me after i posted the above....   ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ high five?!?  thanks for everyone's help!  :)
