Hi, does anyone know of a way that i can allow one of my players to move multiple tokens without having to assign that player to each token individualy as i have over 40 tokens i need to be able to quickly let my players control

If the tokens represent a sheet, you can just set the permissions on the sheet to add/remove players' control of all those tokens at once.  Otherwise, changing settings on batches of individual tokens is something that requires the use of the api (a pro subscription perk).
